I live in NE Ohio and would like to travel to the Outer Banks in North Carolina with my 2 children, who are 3 and 5.
I’m trying to find the least expensive way to travel but I don’t travel much so I’m not sure where to start. Flying, bus, train??
And also, are there certain times of the year when using a certain type of transportation is cheaper?
